Algae buildup on vinyl siding is one of those things that sneaks up on you. It starts as a faint green tint at the base of the siding, and before long it's crept halfway up the wall. That's exactly what we were dealing with on this Freehold home - heavy green algae growth concentrated along the lower panels and corner sections of the exterior.

We used a soft wash approach here, which is the right call for vinyl siding. High pressure can force water behind panels and cause real damage. Soft washing uses a low-pressure application with a cleaning solution that actually kills the algae at the root instead of just blasting the surface. The result holds up a lot longer, and it's safe for the siding, the landscaping, and the surrounding surfaces.

The difference between the two sides of this photo is hard to miss. The siding went from a streaky, dull, green-tinted finish to clean, bright white panels from top to bottom. No scrubbing, no ladders on your end - we handle all of it.

Exterior grime doesn't just look bad. It can work its way into siding seams and cause premature wear over time. A proper house wash is genuinely one of the simplest ways to protect your home's exterior and keep it looking sharp. We also offer window cleaning and gutter cleaning if you want to knock out multiple things in one visit.

If your siding is starting to look like this one did, we're out in the Freehold area regularly and can get you taken care of.
