Pavers are one of those surfaces that look great when they're new - and then slowly get taken over by algae, dirt, and grime without you even noticing. It happens gradually. One season bleeds into the next, and before long the whole walkway looks like it's been forgotten.
That's exactly what we were working with here. Heavy green algae growth had spread across the entire paver surface, filling in the joints and washing out the natural color of the stone. This is super common in the Northeast - the moisture and shade create perfect conditions for that kind of buildup.
Our paver cleaning process gets into the texture and joints, pulling out the organic growth that surface-level rinsing just can't touch. The difference isn't just visual. Algae-covered pavers get slippery, especially when wet. Cleaning them properly is as much about safety as it is about appearance.
What you end up with is a surface that actually looks like pavers again - defined joints, rich color, clean edges. No streaking, no missed spots. Just a walkway that looks like it belongs in front of the house instead of behind a dumpster.
We serve Holmdel, NJ and the surrounding area. Whether it's a front walkway, a backyard patio, or a full driveway - if it's covered in buildup, we can clean it.
