Dirt and algae don't show up overnight. They build up slowly - season after season - until your home starts looking worn down and neglected, even when it's perfectly fine underneath. That's exactly what was going on with this Freehold home.

The siding had picked up that familiar grey-green tint you see on a lot of homes around here. It's not damage. It's just buildup. But it makes a clean, well-maintained house look rough. The right wash pulls all of that off without beating up the surface in the process.

That's the difference between power washing and soft washing - and knowing which one to use matters. Blasting vinyl siding with high pressure can force water behind panels and cause real problems down the line. Soft washing uses lower pressure and a cleaning solution that actually breaks down the algae and grime at the source. The result holds up a lot longer too.

We use both methods depending on what the surface needs. Concrete, brick steps, driveways - those can take more pressure. Siding, painted wood, window frames - those get treated more carefully. It's not a one-size-fits-all job, and we don't approach it that way.

Freehold homes clean up really well when the work is done right. The siding color comes back, the trim looks sharp again, and the whole front of the house just looks like someone actually cares for it - because they do.
